Maybe just sitting under a candle or a vase of flowers on your guest book or gift table?

I plan to use them as the base of our centerpieces with a mason jar on top with a bundle of wheat inside of the jar. Then there will be a couple of baby pumpkins and gourds around the mason jar. I may or may not tie a burlap bow (or some other fall/rustic type of ribbon or raffia) around the mason jar. I will incorporate little candles around the base of the tree slice.

I’m doing something similar to @aaiimmee. I’m using them for the base of our flower arrangements on the guest tables. Since you only have 2,  you could use them under an arrangement for another table (guest book or escort cards or whatever else you’re having).

You could use them as bar menu’s.  You could put a few candles on them and put them on the escort card table.  You could use them to decorate the head/ sweetheart table.  You could use them on the parents’ tables under the centerpieces.  You could have waiters pass out drinks using them as trays, or as trays on the bar with a dozen of a signature drink sitting on them.

oooooo the tray idea is SO cute! I was also going to say the idea of using them at the head table for more dramatic decor.

You could have your initials ( or your names if they would fit) woodburned into them and hang them in front of the head table or sweetheart table(whichever you are having).

I would hang them so the longer side was vertical.

Here are some great ideas that can be purchased at my shop in the larger sizes if you’re intersted.
