I don’t think I will be of much help to you as I’m not familiar with venues in that area.

I have done a search here on the Bee:

Murrayville Hall  in Langley lets you use your own caterer and BYOB.

@Aleahmae:  Ask your photographer. They know all the local places, and probably a few others that are not publicly available such a private houses and gardens and such. It’s not too early to choose professionals for your wedding, and its ok to book them (or at least pick their brains for venues!) before you have a venue, they can help you out quite a bit. A photographer can recommend a florist, who can recommend a caterer etc. Enjoy your planning!
