Amber Springs in Montgomery – beautiful & relatively inexpensive compared to some locations. Plus they let you choose your vendors!

Check out The Club at Atscocita ran by Incredible Delights. Its only been open for a few months and they have good prices. They also do photography, DJ, catering and other services. Kathy and her staff are very knowledgable and can help with anything, Here is the website for more information,

Not sure what your budget is, but Olde Dobbin Station is gorgeous! You pay for the property all day (8am- 1 in the morning) then bring in whatever else you like 🙂

I just put a deposit on my venue/ceremony place. It a private property owned by a man called Ernie Weatherford its in the northeast part of Houston. It is 5 acres of land and he has it divided into 3 sections. The first has a home with a dj booth, outside pa system, ceremony style living room and out side has a 1,500sqft deck and infront a stage for a band or your wedding party you get it from noon-noon the next day and is $1,000 for the 24 hr rental of his property the second is a small cabin with a shower in the womans bathroom and a mans restroom and a stove inside. also has a ooutdoor PA system and it has a double deck and a huge space all the way back to the lake and that is $750 for 24 hrs. The 3rd space is the area with a little gazebo thing and is infront of the lake ceremonies usually take place there.
You can find a video on youtube of the property by typing in “Private Property Houston” and there are 2 vids”
Good luck!
