i’m getting nervous about the weather too!! we live in northeastern PA and are getting married outside. mr sug and i both love cold weather but i’m hearing non stop from my (p.i.t.a) Future Mother-In-Law about “you have to think about other people, if they’re cold!” it was really nice here the last 2 years so i’m just crossing my fingers lol

I really hope the weather is nice for you ladies and not too cold!

Oh man, I’m going to look like a total bitch or something because I haven’t even bothered looking at the weather since it’s been so warm here in Southern California (sorry!).  Although, where I’m getting married (Huntington Beach) is a lot cooler than where I live in Los Angeles.  I believe it’ll be low 70s as the high.  Our venue manager has said it’s been really warm lately and she thinks it’ll stay that way for our wedding day.  Although for ME, low 70s is chilly lol.

ETA: Don’t mind the silly and crazy Cali girl who thinks it’s freezing cold when it’s in the 70s lol I’m sure I’m one of the people you guys in the colder states roll your eyes at when I’m in a heavy coat for like 68 degrees and you guys think it’s perfect tshirt weather or something. πŸ˜›

Lol well I live in the UK… so we are going to be lucky if it hits over 14 degrees πŸ™‚ lowest is forecast at 7 degrees…. am in the process of purchasing a long sleeved bolero to wear

last year it was randomly really hot in October, which was a bonus, but giving how cold it’s getting now, I am not expecting the same

AHHHHHH, as of now 71 degrees is the high on our big day and 54 is the low (average temps).  =)  lovely.  I love 70 degree weather.  It could even warm up and I’d be a-okay.  And if it gets chilly I think I’ll be okay too

I worked in a news station and weather can only be predicted 48-72 hours in advance. So this is just an educated guess. So it can totally change between now and your big date. My wedding is late October and I also hope for great weather. Most of my guest are Out of Town and I would hate for them to finally see ABQ and its really cold.

@out4answers:  I’m talking in degrees celcius though, not farenheit lol, so would be about 54 in farenheit πŸ˜€

@out4answers:  Lol, that’s funny! Lately in Huntington Beach it’s been about 84 degrees.  We’ll see what the temperature gets to once we’re a week out.  I just know our venue manager is prepared to keep the doors closed to the reception room so that the AC won’t seep out.  We chose early October as our wedding date because we knew it’d be the perfect weather, not too cold and not too hot.

@applecore:  Ah, 54 is cold!! Is the wedding going to be inside?  Hopefully the heater will be on. lol

@MrsWTD:  lol, when you’ve lived in the UK all your life, 54 is balmy lol, wedding inside, canapés and drinks reception outside if it is sunny πŸ™‚ then main meal and everything else indoors, loads of patio heaters, also the venue is lovely and warm

Today is the first day our date showed up in the weather forecast!  Our wedding will be indoors, but we have a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the venue.  Plus, we’d like to take pictures outside.

ours is completely indoors so the weather is a moot point.  Unless there’s a terrible storm that causes the power to go out. .
