I really like mywedding.com. They have a lot of the features that other sites charge you for, and they’re free! They also have many designs to choose from.

I used weddingwire.com, I found it less user friendly then mywedding.com, but I wanted to do online RSVPs and weddinwire allowed you to enter a guest list and have control over who RSVPd and mywedding didn’t.

i used mywedding.com and loved it!  Tons of options for adding to the site and layouts/colors etc.  Very easy to create, and navigate.  I used to RSVP as well.

I’ve heard good things about: weddingtracker and weddingwire.

A lot of your choice depends on your level of web design knowledge. If you’re comfort level is pretty basic, something like what is offered on The Knot is right up your alley. Moderate skills open you up to some of the more customizable sites like what is listed above, wedorama.com, wedshare.com, etc. And if you have advanced skills, consider complete customization with a GoDaddy.com site. I’ve written extensively about that option on my blog (in my profile) if that’s the type of site you’re looking to build.

But all in all, you can’t go wrong with doing something simple to start, then customizing it more once you have time. You can always put a link on your simple theknot.com site to your fancier site once it’s up!

I use weebly.com!  I love it, it’s very user friendly…just drop and click!  You can check mine out on my profile page if you’d like!

weddingmapper is great!  I found it for the map feature, but they have some fun layouts for a website as well.

I am using google sites with a godaddy domaine name that cost a whopping $1.07. I have found it to work out well…except that you can’t pasword it and I have been unable to find a guest book for it.

I used theknot. I’ve toyed with the idea of switching over to mywedding, but after putting in so much work on my wedsite on theknot, I have to tell my inner perfectionist to just shut up and acknowledge that what I already have is good enough.

I used momentville.com.  It is really easy to use, you can post pictures, videos.  It’s really cure I think.  You can do it for free, or upgrade and pay for it.  I used the free version, and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it.
