We had a destination wedding so we used that to list nearby hotel info, directions to the venue, weather, and ceremony/reception info. We also used it for RSVPs because we didn’t do paper invites. So we basically directed everyone to the website!

Dreambee:  We did one and it was pretty helpful with letting guest know about airports, directions to the venue, and hotel details.  We wanted to cut down on paper for those items (I know wedding invites can arrive with like 10 pieces in them, and ours only had the invitation and an RSVP postcard to cut down on waste!), so a website was helpful.  We also had a page on the website with our engagement story, info about our wedding party, and a link to the registries.  I think it was helpful and most everyone invited was internet savvy, so I think they appreciated the site.  Also, without the site I would have had no concept of how close my wedding was getting, as there was a day counter!  😀

ETA: I see I used the word “helpful” at least 3 times- I guess that was my point!  lol
