Hmm, so we have our final meeting with the Pastor to finalize details, spa day out, 19+ bachelorette, all ages bachelorette/lingerie party, nail/breakfast date with Bridesmaid or Best Man, rehearsal and dinner, wedding, day-after brunch!

It’s gonna be a blast – Most of my Bridesmaid or Best Man are booking off the 3-4 days prior to the wedding and we’re just setting up the trailer in my yard so we can have a blast!

We’ll be doing:

– Best man is renting a big mansion out in Bodega Bay for the whole wedding party to go to. We’ll probably do that on Monday or Tuesday.

– Last minute beautify-ing! Facial, back facial, hair highlights, etc.

– Last minute meetings with our vendors: DJ, photographer, servers

– Setting up the backyard! We’ll do the flowers on Thursday and the rentals arrive on Friday, so it’ll be crunch time!

– Last minute projects that I have to wait to be in Napa to do like: signs for frames on food tables, guestbook table, etc.

– Prepping the food and cake

– Wedding (der 🙂 )

– Day after brunch

I think that’s it…I’m sure I’ll be a chicken with my head cut off!

THIS is the week before our wedding and number 1 on my list is trying to find time to breathe, eat and sleep. It is honestly absolute craziness.
Monday: Fiance and I both worked. Final meeting with the DJ, distributed the wedding timeline to the bridal party, Fiance got a haircut.
Tuesday: Fiance and I both worked. We wrapped our bridal party gifts, wrote thank you notes to our attendants, put finishing touches on our favors, I bought some last minute things (nail polish for the day of, etc.), had final details phone call with my hair/makeup lady.
Wednesday: Fiance and I are both working (uggghh). Tonight we have our final details meeting with our photographer and our final details meeting with our caterer. I need to print the poem for our bathroom baskets, work on packing us for the honeymoon, make the final payment to our DJ, pick up my wedding dress from being steamed and find my something blue.
Thursday: Fiance and I both work. That night we need to make last minute changes to the escort cards, finish packing for the honeymoon, whiten my teeth, pack for the weekend and load everything into the car.
Friday: Fiance works but I don’t (Thank God). One of my BMs is coming with me to move all of the wedding stuff to my Mom’s house and we’ll be there with my Mom all day making sure that everything is organized and ready to go. I also have an eyebrow appointment that afternoon and all of the Out of Town attendants are coming in. Fiance and his best man will come to my Mom’s that evening and we’ll all finish everything up and stay there. Fiance will pick up his tux.
Saturday: The bridesmaids and I are having an all girls for fun photo shoot at 11am. We have a nail appointment at 1pm. The rehearsal is at 4:30 at our site (in the mountains about an hour away from the town where everyone lives/is staying) and the rehearsal dinner is at 6:30 in town. I’ll be staying at my mom’s house, Fiance will be at his dad’s.
Sunday: Wedding!!!
I hope I make it through!!
