What are some weight loss tips you have to prepare me for the big day?
I wouldn’t say that I am fat – but I really would like to tone up and lose some of the weight that I’ve gained.
The only problem – I’m a picky eater. As in, I don’t like anything green other than grapes, apples, and FRIED okra. I don’t like vegetables. I’m basically a meat and potato eater. And that does NOT go well with diets :/

@Bben2009: lifting weights will help tone and slim down. Honestly, I NEVER thought I’d be a size 6 and lifting weights got me down to a 4. (side note, did not like a 4 for myself, put some weight back on). Although, diet is the biggest contributing factor for weightloss. So unless you’re willing to experiment a bit, you might be at a stand-off. :/

Lift weights!!! Also running burns calories pretty quickly (any cardio really), but lifting weights will burn more in the long run!
Pro tip: Eat fewer carbs! I started cutting carbs when I first started losing weight (and I never really ate many sweets, didn’t drink sodas, usually always ate whole grains, etc to begin with, but cutting the carbs really does make weight fall off!) :-)!!!
