I am back. So I have been struggling with my weight for a while. I was always the skinny girl. In 2007 I became sick and was in the hospital for a while with a lot of medication. Due to my illness I gained a lot of weight because my doctor had restricted my activity levels. Eventually I kept gaining and now I am at a big 189. And I have had enough. I have been bummed about my weight especially with the wedding growing nearer. So instead of complaining about it. I went to a nutritionist and joined a zumba class. So fat girl be gone. I want a new and improved Me. I want a healthy Me. I want to be the skinny girl again. Has any hives out there done any cool work outs. Or can any of you give some advice on any weight loss tricks. 🙂

Ugh I’m sorry to hear that! I don’t really have any advice other than the obvious (work out, watch calories/portion size, drink water), but I’m trying to get it together for the wedding too! I use Myfitnesspal.com to track my calories and exercise and really like the support on that site. My username is rbrenner if you want to friend me!

I started doing Body Attack, kind of like a Boot Camp, and it kicks my tush! I’m going to try a Step class also, because my tushie needs a lift. 🙂 I love Zumba, but I am tall and uncoordinated so I always felt like a goof. I started taking white kidney bean pills which help to curb my appetite, I am a huge snacker and nothing else has worked so far. Good Luck and the bee is a great place for support!
