@MASPA:  super annoying. I checked the company sites to make sure it wasn’t Sephora raising the prices…nope it’s the companies 🙁

I’ve got acne prone skin so trying to find skin care prodcuts has been crazy but here are a few of my favs.

Cleanser: Cetaphil

Foundation: MAC Pro long foundation..Since my skin has been claering up I don’t use too much.

Concealer: Select cover up MAC

Lipstick: Avon for now

Eye shadows : Almay Intense I color Kit ( I suck at blending so this helps)

Great idea!

Cleanser: Mario Badescu Enzyme Cleansing Gel ($12-20, depending on size). Absolutely great because the enzymes remove the dead skin and build up without drying you out.

Toner: Origins A Perfect World ($23 for a big jar, go in-store and ask for a pump, it will help it last longer!).

Serum: Origins A Perfect World ($39.50)

Moisturizer:For me, it depends on the season and how dry my skin is.
-Origins A Perfect World – a little greasy, but good for cold weather/when my skin is super dry ($41)
-Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel – a light moisturizer. I prefer the gel over the cream/lotion as it’s not greasy and feels super light on my skin.
-Mario Badescu Collagen Moisturizer – Comes in what looks like a tiny bottle but lasts a long time! For me, a great all-around moisturizer ($22)

I’m also obsessed with the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater ($7-12) it keeps me hydrated througout the day and smells like roses. What’s not to love?

Mask: If I have a special event, or just want a skin pick-me-up I’m OBSESSED with the Mario Badescu Temporary Lifting Mask ($20). It immediately shrinks your pores, and only takes about 10 minutes on. You feel it firming everything up instantly. It’s almost like an instant mini-facial. I had an esthetician recommend it to me and I used it the day before my wedding to make sure my skin looked absolutely perfect for my big day!

Primer: Benefit Pore Professional – makes your skin feel ah-mazing! ($30)

Foundation: Benefit hello flawless oxygen wow – feels light and non-greasy and I also love that it’s SPF 25. It’s oil-free so it doesn’t clog up my pores! ($36)

Brushes: ELF (Eyes Lips Face) – The studio collection brushes are great quality and have lasted me for a LONG time and the best part is, they’re only $3 each!!

Lipstick: Chanel. They’re pricey but completely worth it, they feel fabulous on your lips and last! ($35)

@IzzyBear:   i swatches the silk creme once in sephora because I heard such good things about it, but it is very yellow toned.  I have very fair, very cool toned skin and it was just too warm for me.  Something you may want to keep in mind.

@mrsmeyers84:  I asked about the colors on Sephora’s forum and a Sephora employee swatched it compared to the color I wear in the Kat Von D foundation and said the beige ivory was a good match. I think I’ll try it out and just return it if it doesn’t work. Thanks for the info though, I’ll keep that in mind 🙂
