I’m in love with this thread.
I have yet to meet a cheese I don’t like. But sharp aged cheddar, is a current fave right now and I recently found out that real mozzarella is apparently made from buffalo milk and it is mind blowingly good.

michellelynn9175 : yeah I loooove Brie or Camembert warm with toasted nuts, maybe a chutney drizzled over it on a crunchy, fresh baguette…. HEAVEN!
…. and omg but I got my cheese wrong. Not happy cow, Happy Cow sounds amazing though! I was thinking of Babybel cheese. 😂 I love those little dudes- toss them in my bag for snacks.
No, I’m not drinking…. just tired! Pass the Brie please!

BalletParker : I am cracking up!!! What are the odds? There’s a dairy farm called Happy Cow Creamery in South Carolina. The kids take field trips there, you can go buy cheese and ice cream and milk and butter. It’s amazing! And a winery is just down the road so you can kinda make a day trip of it and go to a wine tasting. Local grocery stores stock their butter and you buy it in a big one pound log, and lemme tell ya, I could eat that stuff straight.
I love Babybel too btw, lol. I always thought they looked gross so I just did try the a couple months ago. They’re yummy!

michellelynn9175 : I know, so weird! I’m sure I’ve been there or read about it, because it was right there in my brain. Sounds delicious! That butter sounds amazing😛
I just ate some Mac and cheese…

I love all the cheeses! But I’m lactose intolerant so I can only eat about 3 bites before I have to stop.
#1 Favorite: Trader Joes Goat Milk Gouda; it’s sharp, tangy, and rich – great with honey and figs. And it’s easy on my stomach!
Triple Cream Brie, warmed in the oven with a drizzle of honey, or balsamic glaze, or a port wine reduction sauce (the baked brie at Los Olivos Wine Merchant Cafe is BOMB)
Aged white cheddar, extra sharp; the crunchier the better! Love those little crystals…
Goat milk chevre with anything
ALL THE BLUE CHEESE IN THE WORLD
Truffle Gouda, but my husband hates it
Muenster all gooey in a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough
Fresh, wet mozzarella
Feta, any day
Swiss cheese, any day, any time
I made this charcuterie board for my BFF’s birthday party earlier this year:
I seriously love cheese.

Miss-Mauverick : that’s a beautiful charcuterie board 😍 My Pinterest is full of them. Have you seen this? I wanted it so bad for my wedding cocktail hour!

TheGridMonster : Have you seen a big change in your baby since you went dairy free? My infant (4 weeks) is struggling with reflux and I’m wondering if it’s dairy related issues. I don’t want to give up my cheese but of course will do anything for my baby.

My favorite is Talliego or Burrata. I could eat nothing but a good cheese board for the rest of my life and be super happy.

BeeinBlush : Hard to say bc his main issue was thrush and we started his thrush meds at the same time I went dairy-free. But he’s better now and I’m too afraid to change anything and mess it up! Good luck with your LO!

This thred has inspired me to have baked halloumi for dinner tonight 😍. I love cheese so much. Could probably relatively easily be vegan if it wasn’t for my cheese (and butter) love.
