We do velveeta with the juice from two cans of extra hot Rotel, plus half a can of spicy Rico’s nacho cheese, fresh diced peppers and a teaspoon of cayenne. I microwave it for full white trash effect.

I have never met a cheese I didn’t like!  I think I could happily eat grapes & cheese for every meal.  I haven’t seen anyone mention Parmesan crisps yet though…addictive!!!  We cannot even buy these at Whole Foods anymore because we eat a whole pack in one sitting…or more like one “standing” whilst putting away the other groceries.  I found a recipe but haven’t attempted to make them yet.  Pure crunchy cheesy goodness!

ETA: I realize how lame it is that I “found” a recipe that hasn’t been attempted with only ONE ingredient.  I’m not proud of this fact, but it is pretty spot on as an assessment of my skills in the kitchen 😂

frillsandthrills :   Holy Cow, that cheese board is TDF! Damn my lactose-intolerant digestive system!

slomotion :  We do velveeta, 1 can of diced green chilis, and one can of Hormel chili; dump it all in a bowl, microwave for a few minutes and voila – Lazy Girl Queso! #noshame

chiweeniemommy :  I lol’ed at your “recipe” comment. Parmesean crisps are very addicting!

Also, I would like to mention that I had cheese in one of my favorite forms today: Cheesecake for lunch! surprisedtongue-out

This is my favorite thread of all time.  I love love loooooooooooooove cheese.  My current favorite is this Merlot Bellavitano.  With a glass of real merlot of course!

But I’ll happily eat any cheese, particular favorites being hard white cheese like manchego, parmesan, and pecorino romano.  But there are also special places in my heart (literally, arteries probably clogged from eating so much cheese) for brie, chevre, fresh mozzarella, the list goes on.  I’ll even eat the neon yellow “nacho” cheese if not eating it means I would not be eating cheese.
