I did have crazy wedding panic and pregnancy panic dreams leading up to the wedding.  Now they are just pregnancy dreams and they have gotten much more intense since the wedding.  I am not even TTC for a year or two but I posted a thread about it and someone suggested it is just that my body is preparing for the next natural step in my life.  But they usually end with me being told I am pregnant and in labor and I look down and realize I am not nearly big enough and not ready/ my baby wont survive so I freak out and refuse to push.  I guess it is because my biggest fear used to be finding out I was pregnant, since I wasn’t married yet and I am only 23.  Suddenly, now that I am married I realize it wouldn’t be the most scandalous thing if I did get pregnant.  Now my biggest fear is that I am actually pregnant without trying right now and I am harming the baby by not realizing it.  So my dreams are mimicking an episode of “I didn’t know I was pregnant.”  This has all confirmed that my baby fever is worse than I thought. It may be the same for you too.

Sometimes I think we dream about our worst fears. I have three boys and I had a dream where I left my baby in the car. By the time I realized what happened, we couldn’t find the car! Thankfully it was just a dream. I did not like that one!

On the other hand, while pregnant I had a dream that while I was walking, my baby just slid right out of me! I took that dream as a sign that I would have an easy labor, and I did 🙂

It could be the wedding craziness causing the dreams!

@RobotBabooshka:  someone suggested it is just that my body is preparing for the next natural step in my life.

If that’s the case, is my complete and utter hatred for the situation in my dream (pregnant at wedding) a sign that I am in no way shape or form ready for a child?
