- Wedding: August 2013 - An amazing non-profit retreat
I’ll bet finding the dress, the accessories, the shoes, etc… was a LOT easier. We may have unlimited selection now, but that also means unlimited decision making. I don’t know about you, but it’s making me stressed.
Even if we find the perfect thing, it’s surely cheaper at that other site. On and on it goes, hours of searching. Then, when we finally commit to the checkout button, we wait for a week to receive the item, only to find that it’s not as pictured, doesn’t fit, or is just plain crappy quality.
After receiving my third dud from online shopping, I’ve decided to turn back to the real world and go to physical stores. I may pay a little more, but I won’t be paying two-way shipping for an item I can’t use. I am going to go with my girlfriends to brick and mortar stores, pick out their dresses with them, and then we are going to pick our shoes. We are going to start enjoying this process in the real world, and we will get out from behind our computers.
Who’s with me!?
