Teal. I love it for everything but especially at weddings!

I love rich, warm colors– mine will be cranberry and tangerine (or as my FH calls it– red and orange).

Red is used so often but I think it can be really modern when used well.

Same with Yellow. It can be horrific, but when used right it’s so lovely and fresh.

Probably my favorite is green. Just pbecause it’s so rarely used as a primary color and there are so many gorgeous shades of it. I don’t mean mustang green, but softer shades.

I think my least favorite is probably purple. I think it’s so overused. It’s one of my favorite colors, but it just doesn’t ever feel like a wedding color to me. It’s always either so bright that it looks like a club color or so soft that it looks like a nursery color. I’ve never really found any in betweens that I liked…..I know practicially everyone disagrees with me, lol, but oh well πŸ™‚

I kinda love grey as a secondary accent color, but I dont think it would fit with an early fall vineyard wedding πŸ™  Very lovely and understated though!

i personally chose red for my wedding, but i dont know that i could pick a single color – i love tropical colors (teals, yellows, corals) – they always seem  so clean and bright and beautiful in wedding pictures

I did sage green and pink for my wedding. I really, really wanted sage green as a color. It was light and romantic. Also, it was opposite of the fall heavy themed weddings at the time with the typical color palette. The wedding color I’m not fond of is the deep ruby red. From some wedding images I’ve seen, the deep ruby red makes it look like prom not a wedding.

I love elegant looking and jewel colors: we had burgundy, ivory, and espresso for ours, but other ones I’m a big fan of are purple, plum, gold, silver, fuchsia, deep red and navy blue with neutral accents (not all together though)!

@LittleDee27: Haha love it! Men trying to describe shades of colors always amuses me πŸ™‚

I love purple for weddings; it can be used in any season and look awesome! Spring-lavender, Fall-aubergine, etc. And it’s the color of royalty, ohh la la πŸ™‚
