This is sad and annoying. I think the problem is not everyone is as genuinue as you may be. When you are a genuiune friend you do not believe or understand how people can be so manipulative. I still struggle with this now. I hope everything works out for you. I dont really know what advice to offer since it sounds like you havent done anything wrong. Why dont you try to organise a coffee date with just you too and talk about anything else but the wedding. Keep it low key and fun and then reassess. Planning a wedding you have a million other things you need to get to. Weddings are also about other relationships. So focus on the postitive relationships i.e your partner.

People are selfish and flakey. While this situation really does suck, I think it’s better than they bow out now rather than drag their feet and cause problems leading up to, during the wedding, and after. You don’t need that drama. Do you only have 2 bridesmaids total? I’d just ask a sibling or someone you relate you in that way. I once read somewhere that as adults the closest friendships one can have is with their siblings. I’m finding this to be more and more true everyday.
