I’d say to her, “Mom, you’re always beautiful. You look incredible in your dress. However, tomorrow is about me, not you. I love you very much, but you’re being ridiculous. Now quit crying and tell me how pretty I am.”

🙂

Best wishes for you tomorrow!!! <3

Wow, I’m shocked at your mother’s behaviour. As you said, this is about her daughter getting married. Jeez, I’m so sorry this is going on!!! I think you might have to confront her as the above poster said.. your mum needs some perspective!!

@Adams_bee:  Good luck OP sucks to have your mom acting like that so close to the wedding. Congrats and have a great day its over before you know so try not to dwell on her to much.

Ugh, she’s acting like a spoiled brat.  If she’s going to act like one, then treat her like one.  Ignore the sulking, crying and pouting.  Just pretend like she isn’t there every time she starts a meltdown.  Twirl around and gush about how beautiful everything is, how much you love YOUR dress, and how happy you are.  When she realizes that she’s not getting a reaction, she’ll change tactics.  It’s all about attention on HER.  Do not reward the negative behavior.

@Adams_bee:  We must have the same mother. It’s ALL about her.  I wish I had advice to give you, but know that I’m sitting here shaking my head reading this.  I hope your wedding went well and she wasnt a total nightmare!
