This is my shoe!  I’ve got a beach theme going on, and I think it will be perfect.  Plus, they are SO comfortable!  I’m going to add a little embelishment to them at some point — perhaps a bow with an anchor charm?

The Nina Eterna wedges are a similiar height.  I believe Mrs. Mink wore them for her reception.  They’re on sale at Piperlime right now.

You could also check out Milk and Honey shoes.  They’re a customizable shoe company, very comfortable.  Its pricier ($250 range) but might get you what you want.

What color/fabric are you looking for? I wore a Theodora & Callum (by Stuart Weitzman) velvet wedge and they are very comfortable.  The color/print is definitely unique, and might not be for you, but the style/height is perfect for a reception.  The platform helps give you the height without sacrificing comfort.  Also, they lace up so you can be sure they will stay on your foot.  This brand in particular goes on massive sale; retail is close to $400 but you can routinely find them for around $75 online.

@Puppy Love:

I will be looking for wedges too! But for the whole wedding – I can’t walk in heels to save my life, and I don’t want to risk falling on my face on my wedding day! Haha.

Have you tried Zappos.com? You can search specifically for wedding wedges! I am considering these, personally: (and they come in black, too)

Or, you could search Zappos for “Dress Wedge” (instead of wedding wedge) – has some more closed-toe options that look a little more comfortable than the strappy ones. AND you can specify heel height!

What about something like this:

And if they’re too simple, you could add a bow and Strass them yourself (Check out the DIY secdion..!! A lot of bees have done this and it looks great!) to make them look something like this (but without the $130 pricetag):

Good luck!! I hope you find what you’re looking for. πŸ™‚

@Puppy Love:  They’re cute though! Shame they were cheaper looking in person. Keep us informed of how your search goes! πŸ™‚

*I now see you posted the pic already! But for some reason it didn’t show up for me earlier. Sorry for making you re-post it!
