@llberu I started out thinking I would use WedPics. Had an account and all. And then thought about, and realized everyone already used Instagram. Why need another app (especially if there is unreliable service at your venue)? So we had a little sign out that said “Instagram? #youngcreasy”

We could search that hashtag the next day and find all the pictures our friends took and posted, and no one needed to download anything additional. It worked great, and we thought more convenient for our guests. We figured our photographer would get the important stuff, and anything else was extra.

I used neither of them and chose Photago instead. Wedpics and wedding party app is more created for weddings if you like that more but Photago could be used for other occations as well.

llberu:  Which app did you end up using?  I think not being able to have videos is definitely a downfall of WeddingParty, if that’s really the case.  I’ve been playing around with both and indeed, I can’t figure out how to add a video.  We are having a destination wedding, so we also want people to document getting to the venue town.
