i agree with focus on the toning now.  you can do both cardio and weight lift.  but try not to focus on weight… i probably look better now than ever… i lost body fat but i hate going on the scale hahaha!

@OrchidsandCandles:  I love your LBD. Woot!

If anything, I am more pear shaped now than I was at my highest weight. I’ve lost more belly than butt.

What I’m wearing for Halloween. I would’ve never worn something like this a year ago. -_-;

Also, you look fantastic!

@OrchidsandCandles:  You look amazing!  And any “pear” is strictly in your head, just so you know ๐Ÿ™‚

@MrsJenBee:  Oh my goodness, that is AMAZING!  You look great , and that is TOO funny!

It seems like most of your posts are about weightloss of some kind. I think it is unhealthy to obsess over it that much and to come to a wedding website fishing for compliments. I think you might want to do some self evaluation.

Edited: or at least it seems like most of your recent posts are about your weight. I hope planning a wedding isn’t contributing to creating an eating disorder on a quest to be thin for your wedding day.

I’m with sweetpeony. It’s great to be healthy and workout, but when it becomes obsessive, you should really take a step back and reevaluate your goals and whether the effort is no longer healthy. It’s very easy to go overboard with these things… and the positive reinforcement from a wedding website will probably enable that.

@sweetpeony:  I actually read this, and then went and looked at the previous entries.

As someone who has lost 30lbs so far, eating 800 calories a day, will help you gain weight at the end. It’s extremely unhealthy. You may have lost weight now, but it will come back.
