We didn’t have anything to do. I made sure to get it all done before the week before. I used that week to button up anything that came up, and we packed all of the stuff that we DIYed into boxes based on where they went (all gift table, remembrance table, bars, etc). Then I spent the week getting a spray tan, getting my nails done and focusing on remaining calm!

Taking pictures of things you want to sell later before they get lost or end up in random places!

running through any vendor licenses or insurance paperwork that may be required from your venue from your vendors.

but it sounds like you have quite the list already to go through.

The main work for us the week before was getting everything organized and to the venue. Other than that it was mostly just airport pickups and spending time with family.

Oh, and we forgot table number holders. We ordered the cards but at the last minute realized we needed something to hold them. Momentarily stressful but a quick visit to the craft store solved that one.

mrsquarry :  I absolutely love your definition of ‘not a lot left to do’! Sounds like you have a busy week to me and as though you are superbly organised! Enjoy it xx
