Well, I would say “Hell Yeah!”…because Wednesday is my day off and NOTHING fun ever happens on my days off, always on the weekends and i have to ask off 🙁

So I would drink, stay all night and not have to go to work until Thursday night as usual. I guess I don’t count though, as I am the minority!

I think it would be nice to offer the beer and wine option. Even if people choose to leave a bit early or have to work in the morning, some would still like the option of a beer or a nice glass of wine with their meal. Is the other option a dry wedding?

This would really depend on your job. Also, if it is local, I wouldn’t book accommodation, so it would depend on how much a taxi would be as to whether I would drink or not.

Example: 10 minutes drive away = drink, taxi home, work the next day.

30 minutes drive away plus = don’t drink or have one with dinner, drive home at a reasonable hour (midnight, say), work the next day.

Of course, it also depends on whether I could get Thursday off, but I don’t think it would be likely for me.
