The number of posts here dramatically decrease over the weekends… which means we’re all out doing really cool things, right?!
My fiance’s dad is here this weekend, and we’ve been doing home/garden improvement projects. We made 2 big raised planter box beds to grow an amazing vegetable garden this year!
So I’m wondering… what have you been up to this weekend?

Commuting from Kuwait to Oregon.
Nice to see the FH but also good to be home, not sleeping on planes or eating airport food.
However, this was the big week of getting to see the ring in its completed form and finally getting a formal proposal!
Only one more year of this.
I start the garden this next week!

I was wondering where everyone was but figured the weather must be beautiful everywhere like it is here in DC.
I’ve spent my weekend packing and organizing for our big move!

I was organizing our kitchen to try to find some more room to put all of our new stuff, and today I will be tying ribbons on programs and making favor boxes! Less than one week to go!

Very true! I try to spend less time in general with my computer, both work and play, on the weekends.
I was cake tasting yesterday (yum!) and went to a nice dinner and concert to celebrate our 3-year anniversary. Today I’m shopping and lounging, checking the boards and shopping online, and will relax in preparation for another week…

- Wedding: September 2009 - City Hall
Homework (I have a big project due Monday and another due the following Tues).
Packing (well, staring at the pile of boxes and thinking "hmm, we’re closing in less than a month, i should put some stuff in those boxes!")
Agonizing over dresses (I bought one, then bought another, returned one, but another size of one I already had, then found another in my closet – will the dress search ever be over?)
Blogging (because I don’t feel like doing homework or packing. I feel like blogging.)

Yesterday was the Philly Bee Meet Up, and today I have Future Sister-In-Law Bruschetta’s bridal shower…and I’ve filled the gaps with some blogging (of course!).

I’ve been getting over the cold (tonsillitis) that re-attacked me earlier in March this week. Getting loads of zzz.
But I’m back, feeling better and rarin’ to go!

We finished the raised vegetable beds and planted seeds (yay!). We planted onions, lettuce, sprouts, zucchini, cucumber, carrots, peas and potatoes. We also went to the Skagit Tulip festival. All in all a great weekend!

Saturday was house cleaning, Falafeling, dress shopping, Puerto Rican food for dinner [no tostones! 🙁 ] ; basically just hanged out with friends all day.
Sunday was front yard clean up, weeding, etc. Then a family get together at the FI’s uncle because his(FI’s) cousins were in from out of town (Romania & Texas).
Jealous of those of you whom can get your gardens start! I’m Upstate NY so no planting until after Memorial day!

I spent Saturday working on school stuff for me, running school errands for Fiance, and getting a horribly needed pedicure and haircut. Sunday was brunch, errands and finishing a paper. (I cannot wait for school to be over!)
