So I need some motivation to loose weight- and apparently telling my self “You need to get in shape” is not good enough so I figured I’d tell the world of wedding bee and update my weight loss (or gain…or stability) weekly.
Anyone wanna join? I’m just going to post how much I want to loose, not my actual weight.
I’m by no means overweight just have a little chub, and got told (not asked) that I had a bun in the oven yesterday…uh no.
Obviously anyone can join, I’m updating every Wednesday.

What are you all doing for a workout? I am beginning Beach Body’s Brazilian Butt Lift, but I won’t be home Friday through Wednesday so I will officially start next Monday.
I’ll call this week 0 for me, 15-20 pounds also, although to make it more motivating for me I will list my weight… I’m 5’7.5 and a somewhat muscular build…and my weight is higher than its ever been… here we go:

I’m actually being a pansy on the workouts but mostly because I’m starting from no workout routine at all, it’s mostly just yoga and elliptical, nothing terribly fancy. Once I get use to this maybe I’ll step it up!
Weight lost: 3lbs (only one pound this week 🙁 )
