Starting Weight: 158
Last week: 150
Current weight: 151
Goal weight: 150-151 maintenance
What went well, what didn’t, etc: I’ve decided to switch to maintenance mode (lets be honest, I’ve been doing maintenance mode for at least a month now). I’m just too busy with all my job applications to worry about what I’m eating or to work out (beyond a maintenance level). I’ll switch back to weight loss in the spring (March ish?) and try to lose another 5 lbs or so before the wedding in July. If I happen to go below 150, that’ll be my new maintenance goal.

Starting Weight: 228
What went well, what didn’t, ect: the only number I’m really sure about is the current weeks weight and last week’s weight. I started trying to loose weight 2 yrs ago when I was 228, but have kind of stalled at 216-217. I was up to 219 for a while. I went to a nutritionist/counselor to really get to the root of the problem. I guess I eat way too much cheese. And I have pretty mediocre self esteem.

What went well, what didn’t, ect: Exercised more this week, but I had a pretty heavy and salty meal last night, so I wasn’t too optimistic about weigh in this morning. I’m walking a half marathon this weekend so I need to make sure I drink enough water!

Current weight: 161.6

Goal weight: 140ish
What went well: Sports (2 soccer games and 1 hockey), and walking at least 6 miles a day. and veggies.
What did not go well: early pms. I typically swell quite a bit. And moody, so moody

amanda1988: hey girl. your plan sounds good. I’ll get back on the wagon soon. Sorry I’ve been so flakey — it’s been a rough month with my cat and we had to put her down a couple days ago. 🙁 anyway, will try to get my life back on track ASAP.

What went well, what didn’t, etc: I think I benefitted this week from being back home and being more in control of my food! Feeling good about this week 🙂

Starting Weight: 157 (July 2015)
Last week: 152
Current weight: 153
Goal weight: 135-145
What went well, what didn’t, etc: I spent 20 hours in the car driving down to my dress appointment so it was difficult to make good choices. I did pack all of my 21 day fix foods for Friday’s drive, but had pizza with my Maid/Matron of Honor that night. My puppy doesn’t sleep well in new environments either so I barely slept all weekend. Basically, I knew this wouldn’t be a good weigh in (oh yeah and that time of the month!) and am relived it’s only one pound more than last week. Something must be going well though because my sister pushed me to try on mermaid dresses, which I swore would never look good on me and I felt tiny in them 🙂

Last week:? Was 183ish as of I think 6 weeks ago
Current weight: 171
Goal weight: 145
What went well, what didn’t, etc:
It’s been well over a month (closer to 2 maybe?) since I weighed myself and I was so so happy to see the scale 20 pounds lower!! I had hoped to weigh 169 but 171 is pretty darn close and I’m feeling happy. Not weighing myself for a while really helped me to keep focused on long term results rather than quick dropping of a pound or two.
Ive averaged two pounds a week so far but now I’m shooting for 1.5 a week until I hit my goal, because I know the first 20 pounds are a lot easier than the last 20

not bad considering I drank a good number of calories and did a bit of stress eating Thursday and Friday. I did a few long runs throughout the week.
