So I want to lose some weight and I am bound and determined to do it. Last year, a group of my colleagues and I did a weekly weigh-in. After about a month, everyone kinda decided they weren’t super into it and it sopped motivating me. I was wondering if anyone would be interesting in a weekly weigh-in on this board. You know, post your starting weight, goal weight and every week we post our new weight. Obviously this would be on your honor system. Just thinking about having to write the number down would make it hit the gym more often. Any takers??
If there’s already something like this on the fitness board, let me know. I’m new so I may have just missed it.
