I started 2 weeks ago at 229.  I am taking a supplement called Solo Slim.  It’s an appetite suppressant with no ephedra or caffeine and it REALLY works.  I have also been eating fresher, healthier foods and getting lots of exercise.  about 5 miles walking a day.  I am now at 221.4 and am so motivated to see the results. My ultimate goal is 180, although even more would be AMAZING.

What’s your strategy?

Daniellealys, have you tried counting calories?  There are a bunch of free websites that let you track calories (www.fitday.com, http://www.livestrong.com, http://www.dailyplate.com are a few), and it’s really the best way to lose weight.  Calories in vs. calories out.  Maybe that would work better for you?
