So I got off the Mirena in May or June and have since gained 25 pounds!!!! I was getting carried away with eating I will admit it. I get the midnight munchees and will eat like a full frozen pizza.
Last month I started working out. Unfortunately this past week I haven’t been able to work out but will be back in the gym tomorrow. I work out 4-6 times a week for an hour. I want to lose the weight and know I will but…
I weighed myself last night and I’d gained 5 pounds from the time I started working out last month! Maybe it’s because I weighed myself at night, maybe it’s because I haven’t worked out this week or the supposed “when you start exercizing it turns into muscle which weighs more” blah blah blah. No matter the reason I’m 25 lbs heavier than I was when I got engaged!
And next Monday we are going dress shopping. I’m already self conscious about my weight gain so I don’t know how well the dress shopping will go but my main thing is I don’t know what to do. Do I get the size that fits now and get it altered close to the wedding, do I order it the size I plan to be?
I’ve gone up two dress sizes since the weight gain. I’ve lost the weight many times before and know I will now, but my wedding is only 5 months away, I have to have a dress ordered soon and IDK what to do!
