freaking out.. im an emotional eater.. BAD! iv been eating nothing but junk. we have no money due to the wedding so we havent been able to go grocery shopping so all we have in the house is JUNK. iv gained 3 lbs in 1 week.. 1 WEEEK OMG!! im so bloated and just feel like crap. im so stressed and just want to cry. im not going to feel pretty when i feel fat! im very insecure! maybe ill try taking some water pills today and tomorrow..

Drink a CRAP TON of water between now and Saturday! Bloat is relatively easy to get rid of if you stop eating salty food and really up your water intake.

Green tea. Drink gallons of green tea. You will have to live in the bathroom but it will cleanse you through.

odds are its from all the sodium in what youre eating! like everyone else said start drinking water/tea! and stop with the high sodium intake

Also, limit the salty foods.

Anything high in fiber too will make you drop weight fast. KEY IS LOW FAT, HIGH FIBER, HIGH PROTEIN and LOW CARB.
So lots of green vegies, fiber bars, coffe, oatmeal, healthy protein like grilled chicken and nuts etc. Fruit (but limit the amount you eat)
Again FIBER-makes you and the bathroom BFFs, but it works

I’m 24 days away, and I’ve gained 2lbs! I’m freaking out as well. 🙁 I was thinking to just starve myself…LOL!

@rachelmarie220:eat half of what you normally eat and drink shittons of coffee! I got all pissy that I didn’t get engaged on Christmas and emotionally ate my way to New Years~ needless to say, it really really works, just don’t use milk (and I use stevia instead of sugar). of course you’ll need to eat but stay away from wheat and corn products as they cause the large intestine to retain more waste! yucky conversation haha but wish you the best of luck!

@rachelmarie220: I don’t feel the urgency to lose weight like I did back in March…I’m still working out but not as strict withteh food as I should or need to be. SIGH!
