If I may make a suggestion…Jillian Michaels’ dvds are awesome!!! I hated going to the gym and started working out at home. I began doing some workouts on Comcast’s exercise tv and found that the Jillian Michaels’ ones work the best for me. She does work you hard, but it’s worth it 🙂
I also ate junk food all the time before. I just got really motivated one day and having been eating healthy ever since. It’s not just boiled chicken and broccoli! My fiance and I cook all the time. We use tons of different spices and just try to be creative. I agree with many of the other ladies that your fiance should get on board with eating healthy. You can alway indulge sometimes and you can eat the “good stuff” as long as it’s in moderation. Once you do it for a while, it’s just second nature.
