I chose other because while I do want to stay the exact same weight as when I got engaged, I would like to do some work on toning my upper back and arms. 🙂 Well, toning all over, really, but mostly what is visible on my wedding day.

I chose other because I’ve actually already lost what I wanted to lose so anything extra is bonus weight! I’m currently down 23 lbs. I’m with PP though, next step is toning!

I’d like to tone up more than anything but losing 10-15 lbs would be a bonus. I was doing an exercise program before the holidays and doing really well. It ended the week before Thanksgiving and UGH its been hard to keep going to the gym each week. Its just one thing after another…seriously. The program starts up again after New Years and I’m anxious to start it up again.

    I chose other.

I lost about 15-20 lbs since I became engaged, but I was above my happy weight then. I’m back down in my goal range, and want to maintain.

I want to lose at least 10-15lbs and would be ecstatic to lose more. I’m overweight and need to lose the weight anyway, and the wedding just gives me a specific target date for a certain amount. Even without the wedding, I’d still want/need to lose the weight.

In a perfect world I’d lose around 15 pounds.

In reality it’s not a big deal if I don’t, as long as I don’t gain weight… I’m BMI normal and not in great shape but I look fine and would be fine with pictures of my current body on my wedding day.

I’ll try, but I honestly probably won’t try that hard.

Before the wedding didn’t happen. But still a year later and I would be happy to be back at what I was in high school 40 lbs ago! However losing 20 would still be a perfectly healthy weight.

Yep. Not just because of the wedding though – I didn’t even start trying to lose until a year into our engagement (and about 10 months from the wedding), at which point I happened to be at my absolute peak weight. So, I really had about 60-70 pounds to lose until I reach my goal weight, but realistically, 40-50 by the wedding would be great.

3 1/2 months in and I’m 30 pounds down! It feels great. Who knows, at this rate maybe I’ll make it to my ultimate goal by the wedding.

I will say, though, I’m starting to panic about alterations – I ordered my dress at my peak weight. I’m already a solid 2-3 sizes down from the size I ordered. I hope my seamstress is THE BOMB.

I did the weight loss part and I thought I’d be like “YAY IM DONE!” but… nope. lol. I was 170 and now I’m 105… but I need to like… tone up and gain muscle. Around my arm pits it still looks squishy, and my stomach/hips are still squishy. I did almost all cardio -_- dur. Sooo now I get to try and get “sculpted” some… ie, get rid of mush. sigh. lol

I chose other. I had a baby october last year and by december i was sick of being the size i was. originally i was very petite but with my pregnancies gained a lot of weight.

By the time december hit i realized i definetely wasn’t happy and was not going to get married how i looked.

1 year later and i have lost 25kg (55 pounds), weigh 58kg (127 pounds) and cannot wait to try on tight fitting gowns that show off my journey Laughing
