I love, love, love CardioTrainer… but i’m not sure if it’s available in the Apple store, I have it on my droid. Calorie Counter by FatSecret is good too.

WW e-tools for iPhone is awesome. But you have to pay a monthly fee.

myfitnesspal is awesome for keeping track of your calorie intake and how much you’ve burned!  It keeps me on track!

MyFitnessPal!!!!!! It has definitely helped keep me on track and accountable for my food intake and exercise! You can use your phone to scan barcodes too (could be the same for other apps but I just think this feature is the coolest)

I’m too cheap to buy an app, so LoseIt is my favorite.  Keeps me accountable and doesn’t need internet, so I can use it on my IPod at work.

I can log my food and my exercise. It keeps track of where i”m at in my daily budget of calories.  I’ve lost 5 pounds in the 4 weeks I’ve been on it. . . which is more than i was losing when I was just using Daily Plate on the web.
