hello lovely ladies!! been reading through the past few pages – congrats for all that have lost weight this month!!

ive had an non-productive start to the month, put on 1.5lb the 1st week and had a 0.5 gain last week. not looking good for 2moros weigh in either. its been a rollercoaster few weeks tbh – was 4 weeks late for my period… cue panic eating!!! (we have just booked an expensive all inclusive holiday for 8 months time!!) then AF arrived… cue emotional eating!!! LOL. havent started excersising yet, though i did go on a 5k walk the other day with a friend. i guess that counts right?? managed it in 50 mins. just need to do that more often!!

hope everyones weeks are going ok.x

lovekiss:  For a Christmas holiday with my dh and my parents, it’s too cold in UK in December. We’ve been before we got married so it’s really cool to go back as newlyweds. I’m so excited as I’m a bit of a hippy at heart.

auggiefrog:  I hope you are still having nice weather. It’s snowing again here. I took the dog out for a walk this morning, and he was not amused. haha

MrsLDC:  December will be summer in India, correct? My mouth salivates at the thought of all of that yummy Indian food.

weird_bunny:  Emotional eating is the devil. I’m so sorry your body is screwing with you. That is super frustrating. Are wonky cycles fairly common for you? I’m having one right now, where I O’d 6 days late. If I didn’t track, I’d probably be scratching my head right about now, wondering where AF is.

AFM, I weigh-in tomorrow. I’ve had a reasonably decent week, so hopefully the scale will nudge down just a little bit more. I got to enjoy some of my new spring clothes earlier this week when the weather was decent. I felt all sorts of sassy! I can’t wait until we get a day in the 70s and I can rock my new dresses. I also consulted my FF chart, and it looks like we may be able to work it out so that I down regulate in April and start stims for an IVF cycle in May. I may have an embryo transfer by the end of May!!! That is such a super exciting thought.

candy11:  DH and I are eating out a lot less but I won’t shy away from meeting friends at a restaurant.  I’m just careful about what I order.  I try to stick to healthy options or if there’s an item I just HAVE to have, I just make sure not to gorge myself on it.  That’s the beauty of weight watchers. Nothing is off limits ๐Ÿ™‚

AFM, as of this morning, I’m down 5 lbs in March so far and 7 lbs since I started P90X3 about a month ago.  Super happy.

candy11:  Two lbs is still great.  Restaurants are my downfall.  And unfortunatly we’ve been eating at a lot of them this week.  I have no self-control when I go out to eat.  I know that there are healthier options on the menu, but who wants those when you also have that picture of the very delicious looking bad food.  Time to stop!  DH and I are going to try and only eat out for the next month for special occasions or in special circumstances.  No more eating out just beacuse I forgot to thaw the chicken or because the kitchen is a mess.

lovekiss:  I can’t wait for that one really nice day.  I need to get a few summer dresses, but I keep putting it off.  Hopefully you get to wear them soon!

weird_bunny:  I’ve been going on a downward slope too as far as my weight loss efforts.  I finally weighed myself today, and I’m back around were I started.  Time to get our butts in gear!  I like your 5K walks idea.  I think I might plan a few routes for our next nice day.

So I haven’t been doing to well.  The eating out and not forcing myself to go to the gym is killing me.  I finally got back on the scale and I’m back up pretty much where I started in February, which is a bummer, but it could be much worse.  But this week I really as going to turn things around.  No more eating out, and I am going to try to go the gym Every other day.

I was was on a treadmill earlier this week and I decided to run for an entire song.  Usually I’m watching the clock or something else and I can only make it a minute or two.  But I made it through Footloose (my favorite gym song on my playlist!).  But the bra I was wearing sucked, and I had to hold my boobs up pretty much the entire run.  And they hurt for a day or two afterwards.  I’ve got to get some more supportive sports bras if I want to continue running.

candy11:  Weighing the same is always better than gaining so don’t be too discouraged!

I’m down another pound this morning for a total of 6 in March.  Very happy.  However, I spent the day with my grandmother and cousins baking Easter bread and she wanted McDonald’s for lunch so I had no choice.  And DH and I already had plans for dinner at a steakhouse tonight so today will NOT be the best food wise.  I did work out hard today though.  Today’s P90X3 workout was combat/martial arts based and I loved it!  It was so fun to take out my aggression on an invisible target and pretend I was punching my infertility in the face, lol.
