I weighed myself this morning and I’m pretty much at my starting weight for this month. Not too bad considering.  My goal next week is to eat good and get to the gym at least two days.

candy11:  Sadly we only made it one day this week.  It was a bed week though, between BDing, my mom visiting one night and a work meeting we were pretty busy.  My goal next week is to go two or three days, which I think is do-able.  You have great self-control for the eating out thing.  We told ourselves we were going to avoid it, but we didn’t do so good this week.

I am down 4 lbs in March which is right on target for a total of 14 lbs in 2015! Some loss is better than no loss, so I say you still had a successful month ๐Ÿ™‚

i weigh in at slimming world 2nite so i guess that will count towards Aprils loss… so it looks like i gained 6lbs in March! (5 of that was last week!) of well – line drawn and focus on the new month. hope all you girls did well!xxx
