Started myo-inositol this week – REALLY hoping that it is going to help! Thinking of adding DCI to the mix as well – there seems to be some evidence that both is a good idea. Had a good exercise week last week but have been really bad this week *sigh*
Looking forward to having a few weeks off work in the next few weeks to focus on everything.

How long TTC/How Long on weight loss journey: 5 months TTC/1 month wieght loss
How much you want to loose / lost so far: Iwould like to loose 40-50lbs, but would be happy with 30. I have lost 11 lbs so far.
What weight loss program are you following: I am not a part of any program right now. I have completely cut out sodas and watching my portion control. I have seen many people post about my fitness pal, and i am dl that today!
Any weight loss websites or apps: dl my fitness pal today! 🙂
How often do you weigh yourself?: Every day. If i dont then I wont keep myself motivated!
What keeps you motivated: I have always been overwieght even growing up. I used to play sports in high school, and was very active, but still always over wieght. I want to be able to concieve with out any diffictulites. I want to be able to hold my precious baby in my arms, and give my hubby the best thing i could ever give him!
Anything else to share?: I am just so excited to find this group! I will frequently be on here! 🙂

I’ve been sticking to my calorie counting for two weeks now and have lost 3 lbs- 15 more to go! I am going to start a Paleo type diet (low carb, high protein and lots of fresh fruits and veggies) with my husband soon too. Hope all you ladies are doing great!

I haven’t been around much lately – I have needed a break from the disapointment of this TTC business. Month 9 TTC is definitely the toughest yet! Anyway I have made a commitment to myself to break the weight cycle that is not allowing me to access fertility treatment. I have joined an online program that has asked me to make this committment really out there so…
My commitment is to get my BMI to 35 or less before July 8. I commit to being at a weight that will allow me to get fertility treatment that I have been denied for the last year because I was not healthy enough. I commit to allowing my husband and I to have a real shot at having a baby instead of hoping that it will just happen against all of the odds up against me. I am the only one that can make a difference here and stop the pain of being a failure.
Anyone else up for making a comittment to losing weight?…

How long TTC/How Long on weight loss journey: I guess I’m in my 9th month of TTC/I go in and out of real committment on my weight loss journey however, of recent I’ve been on the “out” side of it so starting fresh.
How much you want to lose / lost so far: I’d like to lose a total of 30lbs. I’d be thrilled with 15-20lb.
What weight loss program are you following: I want to re-committ to being gluten free and and want to seriously cut out additional sugar. Plus, I want to really start working out more consistently.
Any weight loss websites or apps: No
How often do you weigh yourself?: I don’t weigh myself. It’s proved more harm than good in my journey. I want to feel good about my body first and feel like I’m getting fitter, etc, and then check into weigh. That said, to be held accountable, let’s say I’m going for losing 15lbs by July 1. And I’ll check in with updates bi-weekly.
What keeps you motivated: At this point, I want to feel healthy during my 30s (turning 31 in a month) and I want some babies. So that’s my motivation.
Anything else to share?: I have PCOS. I was also a D1 college heptathlete, so I beat myself up quite a bit about where I was in my early 20s and where I am now. I try and do everything as if I’m the athlete I once was and beat myself up over the fact that I can’t. So I know that mastering my mental state in this weight loss battle is the biggest obstacle for me.

How long TTC/How Long on weight loss journey: This is our first cycle of TTC. I think I am in the TWW. I have been struggling with my weight a long time! I gained a lot of weight in physio school and have wanted to take it off since! My DH and I started Weight Watchers last April (2012) and did really well until about November. Then I basically pole vaulted off the wagon! We just made the commitment to ourselves to start again this week!
How much you want to loose / lost so far: Ideally I would like to lose about 50lbs. I was down 18 last fall but gained some back and now am only down about 5 from my starting weight a year ago.
What weight loss program are you following: Weight Watchers. I have absolutely terrible self control so its nice to eat whatever I want as long as I can keep it in the points.
Any weight loss websites or apps: Just the WW app. Although I use http://www.skinnytaste.com a lot for recipe ideas!
How often do you weigh yourself?: Once per week officially. But I do weigh myself a few times throughout the week.
What keeps you motivated: Having the picture of skinny me in my head! Plus when i was down some weight last fall and people kept noticing and asking. That makes a girl feel awesome!
Anything else to share?: I was so excited to see this thred! I wish all of you lots and lots of baby dust!! I’m always here if someone needs to talk or vent!
