@sassy411: you’re probably not eating enough… I would try calorie cycling, alternate the 1200 calories days with 1800 calorie days throughout the week and see if that jumpstarts your metabolism. Since you are probably already within your height/weight range, your body may be holding onto everything since you are only eating the minimum amount of calories any woman should eat.
This is just based on what I’ve found trying to get to a healthy weight over the past few years. Hope it helps!

I’d like to be 145 lb. I’m 5’8″ and currently 165 but I can pretty much eat what I want and this is the weight my body stays at. I got down to 138 at one point in college and I looked really good – if I could get to 145 for the wedding I’d be really happy

@Mischka: I’ve been trying to get to a healthy weight/body fat % for the past few years. I have about 25 lbs left to go. I’m doing more strength training now to see if adding more muscle will help me burn more throughout the day. I sit for 10+ hours a day at work!

i’m 5’3 and currently 128.5lbs(58kg).
Unrealistically, I would LOVE to be 110-115lbs like when I was 18 years old. Alas, I’m 30 now and have a 2 year old.
I am still about 5lbs away from my pre prego weight (I was around 124lbs when I got pregnant with my daughter when I was 27yrs old). It has taken me a really long time to slowly but surely get my weight down. I was breastfeeding and eating like a horse, and then I was just not all that motivated to lose weight. I gained about 40lbs when I was pregnant. I hovered around 140-145lbs for almost 2 years.
It has taken me over 4 months of watching my food intake, and gym to lose 10lbs. I think its harder now cuz a)i’m older b)i’ve had a baby. We are getting married next month so I’ve been working out like crazy and watching my food but at this point i accepted that it will just take much longer to lose the last 5lbs. We are planning to TTC for baby #2 this spring so I really want to reach my goal weight of 125lbs. I will also watch my weight instead of letting go next pregnancy!
I think you are on the right path of losing weight slowly. you will def reach your goal weight! 🙂

I’m still in my ” healthy body journey” I guess.
I’m 5’8 and in high school at my heaviest was 153 pounds.
In college I stayed around 145 or so minimally working out but also eating terribly.
The last 4 years I’ve steadily lost weight through diet changes and am now hovering around 132-135. I joined a gym around Thanksgiving and started going consistently to a yoga class around Christmas. This past week I’ve introduced some interval training in to get in the 120s. Even though I’m tall, I’m small framed so I don’t carry extra weight well at all, especially since I’m short waisted… it becomes noticeable so I’m working hard on the stomach area!

I need to break my cycle of yo-yo dieting. 🙁 It’s been extremely hard getting motivated, and I honestly believe a significant part of the problem is living at home with my mother. I’m not moving out until late summer/early fall though, so I need to just find the strength to do it!
I’m 165lbs now, and I’m 5’5″. The heaviest I’ve been is almost 197lbs, and the lightest I’ve been is just a shade over 142lbs. I’d like to get down to 130lbs, and my fantasy goal weight is 125lbs. But I’d be pretty happy at 130. Must find motivation and stay strong!

- Wedding: September 2017 - Rossino Castle
A little less than 10 kgs,maybe around 8.I was 56 kgs this past summer,and then I gained weight since getting in this new relationship.Pretty normal,since I got comfortable and happy again,and I’m now cooking for 2 people again.But,since seeing how I looked at 56,63 kgs is NOT a comfortable weight for me.While I’m still lighter than I was before,I feel huge.I’m short (162 cm,about 5′ 2″ I think?),so weight shows much more on me.It’s not easy because I’m a lazy ass and I love to cook and eat lol,but I joined a gym and doing my best.

My goal is to fit a size 4, comfortably. (As in, a size 4 feels good/doesn’t feel tight/give me a muffin top/etc.) I would like to fit medium tops.
At those requirements I would probably have to weigh between 120-130lbs, more towards the 120 end (I was confortably wearing a size 6 at 140lbs). Therefore I need to lose 35-45lbs. I try to focus on how I look/feel/how clothes fit, but that amount of weight loss should put me at my goal sizes and body appearance.

My goal weight is about 120lbs and I’m 5’6”. I’d need to lose about 7-9 lbs in the next 4 months. It’s hard because when I work out I end up gaining weight, but mostly muscle. I’d settle for 125 if I can get my legs and abs back the way they were in my soccer days! I’m also trying to tighten up the arms a bit.

- Wedding: May 2014 - Beach
Well I’m on a healthy diet now and try to go the the gym at least 2 times a week. My Wedding is in 4 months and I would like to be 65 kg (my hight is 172 cm) so that would be ideal. I currently weigh 84 kg so i need to loose like 20 more 🙁 I hope I can do that in 4 months wish me luck pleaseee

I’d like to lose 5 ish.. or at least reduce some fat even if I don’t lose a lot of weight
@Mrs_Amanda: I’m the exact same way. I do NOT gain weight gracefully at all, and having basically no torso doesn’t really help.

I would love to lose 55 total (half down!). That would put me at 150, which, while not stick thin, is reasonable for me

My current goal weight is 160 lbs. I’ll still be overweight at that weight (I’m only 5’3″), but I’m doing it in chunks.
starting weight: 198 lbs
First goal: 180 lbs (high schoo weight) (already accomplished)
Second goal: 160 lbs (college weight) (working towards)
Third goal: 140 lbs (weight I was when I met my husband) (perhaps by this time next year?)
We’ll see how I’m feeling/what I look like after that.
