I’m 5′ 6.5″ and 160lbs.  I’d like to get back to 140-145, the weight I was my sophmore year in college.  I was in a size 5/6 then and felt really good about how I looked.

I’m around 150lbs now, at 5’3″. I am actually pretty okay with this. I used to weight 175lbs at my highest, which was not good or healthy at all. Ideally I’d like to get to 140lbs, or or 135lbs at the lowest. I do dip into the 140s easily, but it’s hard to get any lower than 147lbs for me. If it never happens, I’m cool with that, as long as I stay somewhat active and don’t eat like shit.

My ideal weight is 120 or so (depending on what that looks like, because the lowest I can remember being was 130lbs).

My starting weight was 153lbs, & I am now down to 145lbs or so.

For my wedding, I was 129lbs & I gained all the way up to 153lbs in just 6 months. Very awful.

Now my current diet is basically very low carb, with lots of meats and veggies. Also, highly limited sugar. I only have 1 apple a day, and no desserts or breads.

@Mischka:  I’ve recently gained 10… when I already wanted to lose 10 T_T;;;; So now I want to lose 20.

@MrsSkeletonKey:  I gained after the wedding too… so did Darling Husband, and so did OUR PARENTS even. We’re all really befuddled as to how every one of the six of us gained weight after the wedding. So maybe there’s something about it.

My highest weight was 181, and my current weight is 163.  I would LOVE to be under 140 for my wedding (and after!).  At an adult height, my lowest has been 148, and my “healthy” range BMI is 150. I am getting married in July 2015, so I definitely think it is doable!

I’m 5’2″, currently weigh an all-time high of 151-ish (to be fair, I tore my ACL in August, but couldn’t have surgery until December, and am just now walking again!) and REALLY want to get down to 115-120 for my wedding in September!  Before I tore my ACL I was around 125 and had been for a while.

Currently, I’m 5’7″ and weigh 145. Not terrible, but it is the heaviest I’ve ever been. People keep telling me I’m in great shape for having a 6 month old, but I can still tell that I would look a lot better if I weighed 135 which was my weight pre-baby.

Wedding in 2 months, I think I could lose 5 pounds easily if I stopped having dessert. Every. Night. Ugh! Such a sweet tooth. If only I could lose weight by excercise alone..but even then it’s tough going to the gym even 3 times a week as a new mommy!

I’ve been trying for a really long time to get to 150 lbs. I’m 6’0″ tall and used to be at an uncomfortable 220 lbs. I’m down to 160… I just want to lose that last 10 so much! I’ve been toning my arms and stomach for the wedding and hoping that I get to that final weight soon.

Tall people hold weight very differently than shorter people. 10 lbs is not a whole lot of physical difference on someone my height, but I think it will slim down my legs to where I can fit pants a little better and have less cellulite. That’d be nice.

@luckyshot:  I think you’re my weight loss twin!

I’m 5’8″ and about 152lbs now – was 198 in high school – Goal weight is about 135.

I was about 147 on my wedding day due to stress and my dress needed to be taken in but I didn’t have any time to get it altered so I just went with it! lol I got sick at the beginning of January and went back down to 147 but that weight loss came back of course… dang it!

For the past few years I’ve been a runner/cyclist and trained for 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons and triathlons… I yet when I am in “training mode” I am always way too hungry to from all the work outs calorie-restrict so I didn’t really lose too much weight when I was super active.

I’ve realized for my weightloss its about 80% food intake and 20% workout so I’m using my phone and different apps to help me monitor my whole journey – My Fitness Pal to track my food intake and Map My Fitness w/ a heart rate monitor to track my workout effectiveness.

I will say, its WAY HARDER to balance healthy eating, full-time office job, daily workout with maintaining a household and a husband – and I don’t even have kids yet! BUT it can all be done… just making yourself a priority is the key.

AND vegetables… lots and lots and looots of veggies w/ every meal and lay off the grains if you can help it – I try to get my carbs from fruits and veggies because it is just wayyy to easy for me to go overboard with grains. lol

Now I’m focusing on high intensity interval training in my workouts – I used to run every other day but now I’m doing 30mins before work every day.  Pinterst has some awesome workout suggestions!

I love myself and know my hubby does too but I have never been very toned so I REALLY want to commit, see results AND be confident at the beach and pool this summer so hopefully all this works! hehe

@laurabora:  I have a super bad sweet tooth too! I just thought I’d suggest something as well – I do my high intensity interval training workout at home every day and it looks a little something like this:

I started with just this format and now I do the same amount of jumping jacks as the next interval to keep my heart rate up. (ie: Sunday would start with 45 jumping jacks, 15 squats, 15 jumping jacks, 5 jump squats, 5 jumping jacks, 50 russian twists, 50 jumping jacks, etc).  It really gets your heart rate going and the varied workout keeps your body guessing! Also, you can repeat any of these for longer workouts.

Just thought it would be a good option for when you only have 30 mins or so at the baby’s nap time 🙂
