I’ll join ya!!

Congrats on your 20 lbs gone!! That is a huge deal!

I am about 5’7″.5 and about 170 lbs right now, in a solid size 8.  I was down to about 150 lbs at the end of 2011 and my goal is to be around 145-150 for my wedding.

What are you doing to lose weight?  I’d be willing to do a weigh-in/inches lost check in any day of the week.

Absolutely. Would love to be a part of a daily check-in.  Did 45 min on the eliptical today but then had a feast at our tastiing for the caterers.  Oh well.  tomorrow is another day.

I’d love to join with the check-ins!  My dress came in and I got to go try it on for the first time tonight – only to realize it’s too tight in my hips/booty.  Sure I could have it let out, but I’ve got 6 wks until my first alterations appointment!

 

I did my 30-day Shred DVD tonight and hope to keep up with it for the month of March and hopefully by April, the weather will be nice enough to start jogging outside again. 

 

The dress fit fine in my hips when I tried on the sample size (same as my dress size) in the fall – this winter has been so cold and unmotivating!

I would love to join too! I need to lose like 60-80 lbs hopefully before my wedding and need some serious motivation!!

How did everyone’s day go yesterday?  

Did okay, just barely squeaked in under my calorie limit, and didn’t burn as many as I wanted to… but it was just okay. Determined to make today better!

I’m down about 4 lbs!! Think it may be mostly water weight, but I’ll take it!!! Definitely need to be working out more.  I joined a game on Diet Bets… so now that I’ve got money on losing weight, I will actually do it!

I worked out 5 times this week and tried to stay on the healthy eating! Did strength two days and running 3 days! and am down 2 lbs!

@shaney:  http://bit.ly/13LVJna That is the one I joined. Basically everyone who joins put a certain amount of money in the pot. You get 4 weeks to lose 4% of your starting weight.  Whoever hits their 4% splits the pot.  Pretty cool!

Hey,

Great job on the weight loss! Ill join in even though I messed up this weekend on Easter, but i did start right back up with my shakes and meals. So far this month (march) I am down 17lbs, I think 20 more to go then I have to start working out. Good luck everyone!

Currently on week 10. I didn’t take inital measurements, but started after week 2 or 3. I am down 15 INCHES!!! I have lost 23 lbs!!!

I do 4 days of 1 hour of cardio and 2 days 1 hour of strength training and toning.

I limit my calories to 1400 daily and don’t eat my burned calories 🙂
