I dropped 20 lbs right away when I quit drinking vodka & club soda. Had no idae that alcohol was putting so much weight on me.
I just stay away from alcohol now. If I’m going to have a high calorie splurge, I can think of far more yummy sources of empty calorires!

I did a 4 week program where I was not allowed to drink. I eat pretty healthy, endulge on the weekends but would have a few glasses of wine starting Thurs evenings, sometimes wednesdays if I felt like it.
When I gave up alcohol the weight just flew off me. I am down 10 lbs so far, just by eating clean, lots of healthy protein, veggies and fruit. I have been trying to lose about 20 lbs for a long time but cutting out alcohol made a HUGE difference!
