Hmm, maybe if I can commit to going to the gym I could do this!  I’ve been stuck in a rut lately so this may be just the kick in the pants I need!

@kaylee26:  I’m going to shoot for ten, but I know for me that’s being very ambitious so I’m not going to get down on myself if I don’t make it all the way down.

I’m going to keep using myfitnesspal to track my calories, I’ve been doing pretty good staying under so that’s the easy part! I’m also going to start going to the gym again, trying for 3x a week.  

I’m going to start packing my gym bag the night before so when I leave for work in the morning I can just grab it, and then I can go to the gym on my way home.  If I plan to go to the gym but don’t have my gym clothes I never make it there.

I also want to try to go walking more with my FI!

How about you?

I’m shooting for 10 pounds by Thanksgiving and 18 total. I’m cutting back on sugar because I eat WAY too much, riding my bike daily, and relying on the good old calorie formula ๐Ÿ™‚

Ill join in. Not sure my starting weight. I had lost a few and probably put a few back on. I am guessing if I had to put a number on it, 6-8?

For me the biggest thing is wine. I need to cut way back on it! My food is good on a day to day basis, except when I drink wine- then I cheat badly.

I weigh 143 and would like to lose 5 pounds and just tone up in general, which is going to be hard… It seems like no matter what I do my body will not go under 141! However, I am recommitting myself to this goal and hopefully I can do it.

I’m in! I weigh 143 right now, and I really want to lose 10 pounds. I track calories on MFP. I aim for 1400 a day. I’ve been working out for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week, but I think I’m going bump that up to 6 days. I’ve been hovering between 140-145 for months, and I’m really sick of it. I think I’m going to try a primal/paleo diet and see if that helps. A lot of people I know have had success with it.

138 is starting weight after gaining 6 on the honeymoon ๐Ÿ˜‰

 

I start my new job on monday and it happens to be at a gym! so i will be working over before every shift… my intake is pretty good so i just need to step up and get my butt running again

I’ll join in! I’ve already been working on losing some pounds, so I’ll just keep going.  I weighed in at 164 on Saturday.  I’d like to lose 10 more by Thanksgiving! 

 

I am working out 3-4 days a week. Eating mostly Paleo. Track my food on Sparkpeople.

 

My goal weight is 145.

I’ll join! I am already trying to lose post-baby weight but can use all the motivation I can get. Starting weight (as of yesterday) is 181. Plan: I cut out refined sugar and carbs and am focusing on nutrition, plenty of water and working out. I am not counting calories this time around (I have in the past with good results) because I feel like I become obsessed and can’t enjoy food anymore. I also write down my weekly workout plan/goals and check them off. I am a huge list person, though, so this really works for me! Anyone else focusing on working out? ๐Ÿ™‚

Im doing some push ups asit other things I don’t know the name of, plus upping my walking. I have bung foot arches, so try for a little jogging but no guarentees.
