Hey all! Just wondering if any of you weight loss bees set up small goal rewards for yourselves as you lost the weight?
I am down 6 pounds and so excited! I want to keep myself motivated so I want to set up some rewards for 10, 15, 20 and 25 pounds lost! Anybody do this and have some good ideas or suggestions?

my sister lost 40 lbs and with every 5 pounds she lost she put 20-25 bucks in a jar. once she hit her goal weight she went shopping!

Congrats on the weightloss. I thought about rewards as well. I haven’t been able to even drop a pound yet. But rewards sound like a great idea. How have you been achieving weightloss?

@Saloria83: well I actually mix it up between 30 day shred, run/walk intervals on a treadmill and playing Just Dance games for the Xbox kinect! Sometimes a combination of both and usually I add in an abs/push ups/leg routine. I’m also logging calories on myfitnesspal but I loath doing it haha I have been doing 3 to 4 days a week since November 12th! I really hope you have more luck!!! Don’t give up!! I also made an inspiration poster of past pics of me and some goal pictures and quotes that is hanging in my room!
