I have some weight loss issues and I was just wondering what did other people do to take off their unwanted weight…
I’m 29 have 3 kids and have been with my hubby for 14 years (9 married) I have out on approx 100 pounds since he and I first got together. Considering I was 15, when we got together I know that some of the weight gain actually came from me “filling out” as my grandmother calls it but there is a good portion of it that is not genetic.
I know that in order for me to lose weight and keep it off I must change me habits. They aren’t completely bad but they are obviously not good enough to help me achieve my goals. I often skip breakfast. This is a problem I have always had even as a young child I did not eat breakfast. I choose healthy foods through out the day, I love fruits and veggies, while grains, all the healthy stuff.. I dont eat fried or fast food often maybe a couple times a month and I try to exercise everyday… usually pilates 3 days a week and cardio (dancing with the stars, walk away the pounds, jillian michaels on the wii and a few curls a couple times a week) sounds like I’m on the right track right? well I have a weakness for sweets! Baked goods, cakes, cookies, chocolate anything and I eat that alot! I try not to but it’s an addicition I guess. I also eat really late at night often after 11:30p because hubby works until 11p and when he gets home he eats dinner, I usually nibble on something because I feel so hungry by that time. I did at one time cut down on sweets and eliminated late night eating and the weight literally seemed to fall off but for some reason I lost motivation! Twice in the past I have lost as much as 20 pounds in a 3 week span so I know I can lose weight I just dont know how to stay motivated…
Have any of u ever had that problem?
