I have lost 30 lbs since Sept/Oct, simply by cutting the crap and dragging my saggy ass to th gym 3-4 times a week. And I now am 2 sizes smaller..

You have to have discipline and determination, and no one can give you that, you have to find it within yourself.

weddingbeeee :  I have a Pinterest board where I put quotes or phrases that inspire me, as well as pictures of women who’s physique I admire.

Dr Mark Hymen wrote a book for a 10 day blood sugar detox which would be worth looking up. I’m not suggesting it as a way to lose weight, although some weight loss is to be expected, but typically by the end of the 10 days cravings for sugar (and processed crap) will have subsided and you should then find it easier to make healthier choices.

Hey girl! I feel you 100%. I freaked out about 2 months before my wedding and started to go crazy, working out, eating alot better. I did my last dress fitting about 2 weeks out. On my wedding day my dress looked big on me!  In some of my pictures I can tell. I remember looking in front of the mirror thinking why did I try to lose all that weight

Get a workout buddy! I’ve invited a friend to join me to work out. We go together most of the time and I definitely notice a difference when she cant go. My motivation is lower. We also go to fitness classes such as yoga and zumba instead of just “the gym.” Keeps it fun!

You need to define your goal clearly, create a plan of your diet and work out schedule, and simply follow it. Patience is a great thing in this case, however losing weight doesn’t mean that you need almost starve yourself with strict diets and overexercise till you can’t get up from your bed laughing Your schedule should be well-balanced but effective at the same time and doing ‘more’ will bring you only harm, not benefit, besides with such approach it becomes too hard to continue your weight loss journey.
Don’t focus only on the scale weight and making only aerobic exercises, in case of the work outs the most effective approach is combining cardio and lifting weights. Be sure that your daily menu has enough protein and fiber. Stop skipping breakfast, eating at nights (or before foing to bed) and having snacks while watching movies (all these habbits are very good only for gaining more kilos). Reduce amount of sugar and soda in your daily menu, and drink at least 6 cups of water during the day.
In some cases losing weight can be complicated because of unknown hormonal imbalance so it’s recommended to consult with a doc before starting your weight loss programm. There are many natural ways for correcting this imbalance, also some hormonal therapy types like HGH injenctions https://www.nexelmedical.com/hgh-injections/hgh-injections-for-sale can be used for improving your metabolism and fastening the weight loss too.

weddingbeeee :  Girl. Best advice I can give you ever when it comes to exercise (don’t ask me about my diet I just ate a huge work sponsored morning tea with Christmas treats):

Do not wait for motivation. It won’t come. You just do it. The minute I started following that mantra, I haven’t missed a workout bar genuine illness (like Gastro or Tonsiltis – Colds don’t count!). That was 18 months ago.

Getting up early doesn’t ever get easier. Working out doesn’t get easier, because once you start you push yourself to do more. It won’t get easier but you will get stronger.

I get up at 4:45am Mon/Wed/Fri, and 7:30am on Saturdays so I can work out. No sane person wants to do that. But I don’t lie in bed and think about how warm my bed is, or if it’s even worth it when my alarm goes off. Once you think about it, YOU’VE ALREADY LOST. Even if you slept poorly. Even if it’s 0C outside.

Literally. The only advice I can give. Don’t think about it. Don’t wait for motivation. It won’t come. Motivation hates you.

Just do it.
