Hi. I’m also 5’3″. I’m at 157 as of today, and my happy weight is 135-140.

Too many prunes wouldn’t get you fat. They may cause other problems.

You may also find MyFitnessPal.com helpful. I found it a few months ago, and I love it. You can track all your foods, and the site has a huge food database with all the nutrition info already plugged in. And you can also add all different kinds of exercises that you do. Theres a spot at the bottom of the page that says “if every day was like today, you would weigh ____lbs in 5 weeks”. Very motivating. You can even download the app for free on your phone, so you can log meals on the go. Check it out 🙂
