I started at 155 about a month ago.
I just reached weight loss mini-goal #2 which was to be under 145!! Yay! Goal weight #1 was 150. I know these ten pounds don’t sound like much.. but I was pretty much stuck at above 145 all of last year and hitting under it this morning just makes me ecstatic! I’ve been busting my butt this past month and my mom still thinks I’m fat when I saw her two days ago and doesn’t see me unless I’m thin. 🙁 It was incredibly discouraging, but I’m going to keep trying! I hope to never see 145 or higher on that scale again! Have to keep it off!
My next goal weight is to be under 140 (yes, all my goal weights aren’t huge lossses — I’m trying to think of it as having small goals, as to not discourage me by making the number so huge (ie, the weight I’d like to be on my wedding day is somewhere between 125 and 130, more realistically 130 and stable at it.. but eep! haha!).
