As most of us, we want to look great for our wedding day, which may lead to lossing a few…or quite a few pounds 🙂 Sometimes however, its not as easy as said…and i just feel like, if i cant do this for my WEDDING day which is nine months away, then what else could possibly be more motivating than that! UGH… im starting weight watchers tomorrow, i have to get serious about this as i am going dress shopping next month and want to lose some weight before then. Any success stories or motivation is greatly appreciated 🙂 your all the best!

I just want to let you know that you can do it, and your upcoming wedding is the perfect motivation to commit to diet and exercise! I got down to my ideal weight by my 2nd or 3rd wedding dress fitting, and I can tell you it is so worth all the sweat and carb-avoidance when you see your wedding pics and your body looks just how you want it. Plus, you’ll look good in your bikini on your honeymoon!

I’m not overweight but I did Lose pounds when I stopped eating so late at night. That was a big deal.
