@FutureMrsWatson: I mentioned doing this at work and my coworkers responded as if I’d committed a sin! I’m still considering ordering a size down for motivation!

EVERYONE in this thread looks amazing! Congratulations on making such great health changes, looks aside. Like other PPs, I am struggling with my weight, and it is inspiring to see others who have done it to make me think I can do it, too.

@FutureMrsChaney: I also lost about 30 pounds when I figured I had problems with Gluten! I figured it, so I cut it, then my doc wanted me to get officially tested for Celiac and I had to eat it for 3 weeks in order for the test results to be relevant… I tested negative, but gained 10 pounds in these 3 weeks (of eating 1 sandwich for breakfast and 1 sandwich for lunch and then be full until next morning…).
I was not able to lose all of the 10 pounds since, maybe just 3, but I am also a bit less careful about what I eat lately so it’s fair.
I have no pic of when I was bigger, I topped at 152, and went down to 121 right around the wedding; and now am stable at 128-129.

@egb: That stinks that you tested neg but if it makes you feel better maybe you have a wheat allergy not just gluten maybe see an allergist bc wheat and gluten allergies are diff. But yay for all the healthy pretty ladies!

Oh my gosh! You ladies look so beautiful. I’m in the process of losing weight. I’m losing about 3 pounds a week which its only been a month but I really hope to keep up and lose 3 pounds a week until my wedding day. I’m at 150 and would like to be at 127lbs. Its the number I can never really break. 132 exactly is my feel good weight, but I haven’t been able to get there after my pregnancy (almost 2 years ago)
@missrobots: Anytime fitness is my gym 🙂 best. gym. ever.
Do any of you want to share your fitness routine?!

@FutureMrsChaney: Nah I did the wheat allergy tests as well and they came up negative. But everytime I eat things that have gluten, I have migraines and itchy psoriasis on my head and I put on major weight… It’s an intolerance, even though it’s not celiac; and I’m quite happy it’s not!

@bebefly: congrats! what has your strategy been to loose the weight?
@bestbuddies: i had gastric bypass in July. Basically I eat very small portions, avoid sugar (makes me sick), and limit carbs. I also excerise 3-5 times a week. 🙂

what is your diet strategy? are you using any supplement to boost the weightloss?
By The Way, I love that you are using KG unit. It’s much simpler than LB!
