The ONLY pill out there that works wonders is Phetermine. (I think that’s how you spell it!) It’s a prescription diet pill and I know of a lot of girls (and even guys) who have lost a lot of weight on it. ON average you lost 10-15 in a month and I personally have tried it and it seems like it’s the only thing that works for me when dieting and exercising aren’t giving me the results I want. I know a lot of people have negative feelings towards diet pills, I did as well. But drastic times call for drastic measures!

I agree, phentermine does work wonders, I was on it for three months before and lost about 40 pounds.
I was just wondering if anybody had had any success with any of the non-FDA approved, drug-store variety pills. The overwhelming response I’m getting is that they don’t work. Thanks for all the opinions everybody.

I’m taking Dexatrim, I actually had it recommened to me by a personal trainer to take something that had a metabolism booster in it. I have been working out for over a month and watching what I eat and have only lost 2lbs. So I’m taking that, plus the liquid B-12. I haven’t lost any more weight but its only been a week and I do have way more energy.

I have tried a few, with no results. Plus it causes my heart rate to get super high, and I get all anxious and nervous. I hate them!
Honestly, for me, the ‘quick fix’ is always to do a cleanse from GNC. They have a few options, but their generic brand is pretty good. It gets rid of the bloating, makes me feel healthier, so I exercise longer and harder.
