I would quit sugar and carbs.  Lots of veggies, lots of healthy fats, and moderate protein.  Plus lots of water and moderate exercise, even walking, and it should be easy to 15 or so pounds, if not more, in a month.

longdistancelove :  avoid salt, cut back on bread, those things tend to cause water retention and bloat.

Lots of veggies and fibre. For me, higher fats and lots of protein works really well but that’s not for everyone – and drink lots of water, add lemon or cucumber to give it a little more interest if you need to

Have you tried having another person sort of just run their hands inside the edge from the center to smooth it out? That’s what my seamstress told me to do.ย

When I wanted to lose weight consistently each week,  I cut my calories considerably, drank tons and tons of water, and consumed mostly vegetables and lean proteins….cut the sugar, alcohol & carbs and you’ll lose!!

Avoid simple carbs at all costs. Potatoes, bread, corn, etc. are off limits. It is hard but totally works! I’ve lost 15 pounds by simply avoiding carbs.

IIFYM (if it fits your macros), HIIT (high intensity interval training), and weights. Or a high intensity program like Insanity, Turbo Fire, etc (those are the ones I like, doesn’t have to be Beachbody.) Just be careful, don’t want to lose too much weight and have to get your dress taken in! That happened to my friend.

Everything PP have said, and remember that there’s no such thing as “spot reduction”. ๐Ÿ™‚

I second the whole30! I did one last year and lost 8lbs in a month and felt really amazing. You have to commit to it but it was an amazing learning experience for me.

A ketogenic diet (high fat, moderate protein, super low carb) is your friend for fast weight loss. You can’t spot reduce, but you can reduce overall quite quickly if you aren’t dealing with any underlying metabolic or other health issues. Drink TONS of water, avoid most salt to reduce bloat (you need some salt for electrolyte replacement on a keto diet), and do HIIT training and you should be very pleased with the results.

That said, there’s also nothing wrong with telling your seamstress it’s a bit tight and asking her to let it out a bit. You look seriously tiny to me already!

I made a few different soups and only had that for a week and lost instantly, my stomach was nice and flat by the weekend (had a dress to fit into for a 30th). Try tomato soup, carrot and ginger – don’t use any cream and don’t add salt.
