I’m looking to lose 20-25 lbs by October 16th as I have my as this is when I’m getting good measured by my seamstress for alterations (my wedding is in March). There’s 14 weeks before then. I’m 5’4 , 180 lbs and of course bought my dress 2-3 sizes too small. :/ I would like to form a weight loss support group. We can do weigh-ins on Sunday’s and be each other’s support system, just be there to share successes and struggles with each other. In the past I’ve always found it helpful when I’d join a group because it creates a sense of accountability. Who’s interested?

I’m making an effort to lose weight to be healthier. I had my physical the other day and got the “talk” from my doctor about how I’m at my heaviest weight and now is the time to get my ass in gear. I actually really appreciate that she was honest about it…I have struggled with weight issues all my life and this is the first time a doctor has actually brought it up. I’m actually really healthy aside from Crohn’s disease but I’m also overweight! Ugh.

I’ve been working out with a trainer since February, started at 33% body fat, my goal is 25, I’m at about 30 right now. My eating is the hardest part for me. I’m totally commited to working out. but eating healthy gets me all the time!
My wedding is in March as well! I dont know when I will be fitted by my seamstress yet… but I suspect it wont be far off from your schedule.
PS, are we date twins?! I’m 3/10

We have the exact same goal! October 8th is my wedding day too 🙂 I’m trying to lose 20lbs for my wedding as well. It’s now less than 3 months and I’m a bit stressed about it. I also need to lose 15lbs to fit back in my dress so it’s a pressing matter
I’m using my Fitbit and myfitnesspal right now to lose weight! I have lost and regained the same 5lbs a bunch of times now, I’m having a hard time sticking with it!
I’ll do one weigh in tomorrow and then start on Sundays!

yay! I’m the same way! I’ll lose a few lbs and then gain them again but to be totally fair, I eat terribly and get rather lazy when it comes to my workouts. this time around its the real deal and I won’t be lazy anymore. im going to do Kayla itsines bbg program mon, wed, Friday and then all rhe other days do some kind of activity like running or swimming. I’m terrified to weigh in tomorrow but I guess that’s kind of the point- let it embarrass me so much that I actually change!
